Yes, I am using automake-1.11. My /usr/bin/automake points to
/usr/bin/automake-1.11.

I viewed the git log on my client. I did not see I changed Makefile.in
after August 8. Don't know what happened. On my client, Makefile.in
shows:

72         $(am__configure_deps) $(srcdir)/config.in \
  73         $(srcdir)/../mkinstalldirs $(top_srcdir)/po/Make-in ffsll.c \
  74         ftruncate.c pread.c mremap.c yyscript.h yyscript.c \
  75         $(srcdir)/../depcomp $(srcdir)/../ylwrap
