[PATCH] Define elf_backend_default_execstack to 0 for aarch64

Like all modern architectures, aarch64 defaults to non-exec stack. Tell
the backend, so that the existence of a GNU-stack note (even if
non-executable) doesn't force an executable stack if there are other
objects without such a note.

	* elf64-aarch64.c (elf_backend_default_execstack): Define to 0.
