Re: Fix building GAS documentation with texinfo 5.0

This is what I've checked in.


	* doc/c-arc.texi (ARC Directives): Revert last change and use
	@itemize instead of @table.
	* doc/c-arm.texi (ARM-Instruction-Set): Likewise.
