[PATCH] Correct gas manpage

The manpage says that options -v and -version of as are identical. But this
seems not to be the case:
$ ./as-new -version
GNU assembler (GNU Binutils)
Copyright 2012 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
This program is free software; you may redistribute it under the terms of
the GNU General Public License version 3 or later.
This program has absolutely no warranty.
This assembler was configured for a target of `x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu'.
$ ./as-new -v
GNU assembler version 2.23.51 (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu) using BFD version (GNU Binutils)

So this patch ought to correct this.

	* doc/as.texinfo: Option -version is identical with --version,
	not -v.
