Subject: [Xtensa Gas Patch] Use new man page feature

I have committed the following patch which follows the several others in using the new "document gas target-specific options in only one place" feature.

	* doc/as.texinfo: Refer to and include c-xtensa.texi for Xtensa
	options.  Move Xtensa options to proper alphabetical location.
	* doc/c-xtensa.texi: Add markup for use in manpage generation.
