AFAIK the R3000 differs from pure MIPS I ISA by cooked CP0 register names
in the disassembler only and we have specific tests to cover this area.
It could be that we could drop explicit R3000 testing with no loss. We
have other tests that cover the -march= option itself. I'm not sure if
designing means to recognise subarchitecture aliases in the testsuite is
worth the effort.
