Re: fix build when using gcc-4.6


A couple more fixes.

bfd/
	* compress.c (bfd_uncompress_section_contents): Use ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED
	to silence gcc warning.
cgen/
	* cpu/mep.opc (mep_examine_ivc2_insns): Delete set but unused var.
opcodes/
	* mep-dis.c: Regenerate.
