[PATCH, AVR] Add/remove support for devices

Hi,

The attached patch adds support for a bunch of new AVR devices, and removes support for some listed devices as well.

As a side note, I'm now co-maintainer of the avr port on gcc. How do I become co-maintainer of the avr port on binutils? That way I can just commit this.

Thanks,
Eric Weddington
