Please find the updated the doc as an attachment.

(Sorry about the delay in responding to this).

I have now updated the binutils web page at:

http://www.gnu.org/software/binutils/binutils.html

to add your documentation. This page, and the document, are under CVS control, so it should be relatively easy to make changes in the future.
