Binutils uses zlib. Should zlib source be included in binutils tree?
I don't think so. Binutils will build without zlib, so it does not need
to be included in the source tree. Of course there is no reason why
they cannot be included in a combined source tree (along with gcc
presumably), but there is no specific need for them to be included with
binutils.
