PATCH: support compressed sections in addr2line, objdump, readelf

- Subject: PATCH: support compressed sections in addr2line, objdump, readelf
The gold linker can emit compressed sections. There is a gold flag to
enable compressed debug sections. I recently committed a patch to gdb
to be able to read such sections. This patch extends the same
functionality to other parts of binutils, giving compress-section
support to executables like addr2line, objdump, and readelf.
The patch is pretty straightforward (though not as small as I might
like -- especially since, by readelf's design, I repeated a lot of the
bfd code again in readelf.c).
Ian Lance Taylor and Cary Coutant have given the patch a provisional
look-through, without finding any problems. Please give a look and
let me know if you think it's good to commit.
(I apologize for all the irrelevant diffs in the autogenerated
configure files. I seem to be using a different version of autotools
than expected. I'll look to fix that up before committing.)
