AFAIK does windows expects that the class name is an upper-case string. It
was (intented in prior version) implemented to have upper-case letters. By
reviewing the specs in MSDN and in "Binary Resource Formats" by Floyd
Rogers I noticed, that this isn't mentioned for the class member. But for
id's in general it is noticed, that they have to be upper-case.
Therefore I suggest to adjust the test-case for that, because I interpret
the class as an id and not as a simple string resource, but ...
