Yeah. Sound good to you? 

Unless you can think of more ways for the user to get a dangerous
reloc using gcc command line options.  Forgetting -fpic is a common
enough one to warrant a pebkac message.


Nope. The one from my previous mail was one, but I can't think of a user
generated way to do it.
