Is there any command available to get the version of binutils?
All components of binutils have the same version, which is the general
one.

Andreas is correct. Theoretically it is possible to install different versions of each of the tools (assuming that they have been built statically), hence each tool supports its own -v (or --version) switch. But in practice no-one does this, so checking the version of any one binutil tool will give you the overall binutils installation version.
