at the risk of asking the obvious, how about:
binutils/doc/binutils.texi
right next to the rest of the -M options (including a bunch for mips)?

(BTW, very glad to see this patch happen. Wish it were made the
default, personally. the disassembly of 'move' to several
instructions w/ very different behaviour is ... not good, IMO.)
