It's very hard to be sure, and, since sources.redhat.com is a
volunteer organization, we are not in a position to incur any legal
liability or expense whatsoever.  It's even more troubling when you
consider the automatic e-mail archives, which are web accessible.
Yes, the overall scenario is far fetched.  However, far fetched things
do happen.

Not imposing legal liability on other people is a bare minimum
standard of politeness in modern discourse.  Especially when it would
be so simple for him to avoid the problem by getting a free e-mail
account.
