What happens when you try it?

Your browser is supposed to go to a page saying that the subscribe
request has been sent in. Do you see that?

After that, you should receive an e-mail message requesting
confirmation of your subscription. Do you receive that?

You can also subscribe via e-mail by sending an empty message to
binutils-subscribe@sources.redhat.com. That should trigger a request
for confirmation.

In fact, all the web page does is send an empty e-mail message to
binutils-subscribe-EMAILADDR@sources.redhat.com, where EMAILADDR is
the e-mail address you entered on the form with `@' characters
converted to `='.
