PATCH: Support DESTDIR

- Subject: PATCH: Support DESTDIR
Makefile never passes DESTDIR to subdirectories and etc doesn't support
it at all. "make install DESTDIR=/foo/bar" doesn't work. This patch
seems to work for me.
