NetBSD/sparc64 has a 64-bit userland natively.  It can run 32-bit
binaries, also.

The problem was that the pre-fixed gprof was reading the "u_long" from
a structure as a 32-bit word, which is obviously wrong for a 64-bit
u_long.  NetBSD/alpha also had the same problem.
