sourceware i370 binutils use ELFOSABI_LINUX, and puffin.external.hp.com
hppa-linux binutils currently use it too. We wanted to use ELFOSABI_LINUX
on hppa-linux to differentiate targets. ;-) There seems to be some
justification since hppa-linux does differ from the published processor
specific ABI in a few points. eg. Some extra reloc types, dynamic relocs
are rela rather than rel, we use DT_INIT when the psABI says DT_INITARRAY.
