Log message:
	* configure.tgt (crisv32-*-*): Handle like cris-*-* for non-aout.
	* emulparams/criself.sh (INIT_START): Remove emitted "push srp".
	(FINI_START): Ditto.
	(INIT_END): Remove emitted "jump [sp+]".
	(FINI_END): Ditto.
