Log message:
	* gas/mips/mips.exp: mips-*-linux-*, mipsel-*-linux-* use only 32-bit
	register width by default. Add them to addr32 and exclude offending
	testcases.
	* gas/mips/delay.s: Avoid odd floating point registers.
	* gas/mips/delay.d: Likewise.
	* gas/mips/nodelay.d: Likewise.
